what the hell happened to the guild?! I go out for 3 days and 20 ppl leave guild... anyone can answer this?

People got too high too fast, and therefore had no one to make pt's with in our guild, so they joined other guilds that did have people in their lvl range. Others saw this, thought the guild was going down and decided to jump ship. This is very much in a nutshell, though
